Career and Job Search Fair Coming Up at COD
A major Job Fair is coming up Wednesday, Mar. 26 at College of the Desert’s Hilb Student Center from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
That’s when more than 20 local employers will set up information tables at the Hilb Student Center, take applications, interview candidates, and hire new workers. The job fair is open to both students and the general public.
The employers are also offering positions from entry-level to management; these are employers who are looking for hired help.
In the past, employers have included hospitals, grocery stores, governmental agencies, etc., so a wide range of opportunities will be available.
Those attending will also be able to explore career ideas without necessarily applying for a job.
