'Rock The Wells Ball' to Benefit Angel View
A local band showcase benefiting Angel View Crippled Children’s Foundation is set for Saturday, August 2 at the Indian Wells Country Club.
Bands include Fractured Ego, Helicopter, The Suzanne Oliver Band, and The Brad Mercer Band, plus a special guest performance by Lola Rossi. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the showcase runs from 6:30 till 11:30 in the Dolores Hope Ballroom. Rossi’s performance is set for 8:30.
But wait—that’s not all. There’s also dancing in the Legends Lounge, beginning at 6 p.m., with The Coachella Valley Spin Doctor. Door prize and raffle, plus complimentary valet service Mission Hills Valet, Inc. Master of Ceremonies is broadcast personality Craig Michaels.
Advance tickets are $25, at-the-door price is $35. In both cases, two cocktails are included.

All about Angel View: For the past 50 years, Angel View Crippled Children’s Foundation has
helped thousands of children and young adults with a variety of severe physical disabilities on the
road to independence and self-esteem. There are 18 six-bed homes located in various neighborhoods
throughout the desert communities providing 24-hour nursing and attendance care for more than 100
clients. Angel View’s tireless dedication has provided its clients with the tools to help develop
independent living skills and improve their quality of life. In Angel View’s transitional housing
environments, many clients learn they can accomplish small tasks despite their disabilities. A
marvelous by-product of Angel View’s program is the greatest gift of all -- empowering physically
and mentally challenged children with confidence.
