New Rivco Building and Safety Dept Head is Mike Lara
"It is with great pleasure I am announcing the appointment of Mike Lara,” said Transportation and Land Management Agency Director George Johnson. “Mike has 20 years of experience within TLMA and the Building and Safety Department; serving as a Building Inspector, Code Enforcement Officer, Regional Office Manager, the Deputy Director of Counter Services and most recently as our Acting Building and Safety Director.
“Mike continues to demonstrate the technical skills, leadership qualities and customer service focus needed to lead the Department. I am confident Mike will serve Riverside County well as our Building and Safety Director”
Johnson heads TLMA, under which the departments of Planning, Transportation, Building and Safety and Code Enforcement operate.
