Stressed by Homeownership Issues? Maybe Rivco can HELP

As a service to County of Riverside taxpayers, the Board of Supervisors has approved a program entitled RC’s HELP (Riverside County’s Homeownership Education Learning Program).  

This program is available to assist County residents who are: 

having challenges making their mortgage payments or are in some phase of foreclosure,
impacted by the growing number of unsold homes in their neighborhoods.
interested in taking advantage of the market in order to purchase a home.

The Homeownership Education Learning Program will be offering the following free homeowner seminars throughout the County during the month of June: 

Topic: Can I, Should I Keep My Home?:

June 3 rd: 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m., University of California, Riverside – Highlander Union Building 367, 900 University Ave., Riverside.

June 13 th : 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Canyon Lake Community Church, 30515 Railroad Canyon Rd., Canyon Lake.

Topic : How Do I Purchase a Home in Today’s Market?:

June 1 st : 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m., University of California, Riverside, Highlander Union Costo Lower I/II, 900 University Ave., Riverside.  

June 13 th : 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Canyon Lake Community Church, 30515 Railroad Canyon Rd., Canyon Lake.
