Deadline Looms for 2nd Annual ‘Clean Money’ Campaign Grants
The registration deadline for this year’s “Clean $Money$” campaign is Friday, Oct. 30.
Just what IS the Clean $Money$ Campaign?
Well, it’s a fundraising opportunity for local youth-based nonprofit clubs and other organizations who help to clean up the Coachella Valley.
Nonprofit groups can earn up to $2,000 per cleanup day/organization. You get your volunteers together, you pick a site to cleanup, you earn money for your youth-based group. It’s that simple.
But you have to apply.
To participate, contact Betty Sanchez at 343-4636 or download the application HERE and get on the schedule for Fall ’09 and Spring ’10 cleanups.
Sponsored by the 4th District Supervisor’s office, Burrtec Industries, Riverside County Environmental Health and Riverside County Code Enforcement.
