Benoit to Address Annual Agriculture Dinner
PALM DESERT – Supervisor John J. Benoit will be the keynote speaker at the 93rd Annual Riverside County Farm Bureau Meeting at 6 p.m. Friday at Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert (1111 Desert Falls Parkway).
“I’m pleased that this key meeting of agricultural leaders will be held in the Coachella Valley,” said Supervisor John J. Benoit. “I recognize the importance of agriculture to Riverside County’s economy, with $578 million in crop production value in the Fourth District alone.”
Presentation of the Robert M. Howie Award and election of Farm Bureau officers and directors by voting members will also occur at the meeting.
