Benoit to Share Goals, Insights at American Council of Engineering Companies Breakfast
PALM DESERT – Supervisor John J. Benoit will provide “State of the County” remarks before members of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Riverside-San Bernardino Chapter, at a breakfast to be held at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10 at Desert Willow Golf Resort (38-995 Desert Willow Drive).
“I have worked with the private engineering and surveying industry in the legislature to support infrastructure, design-build construction project delivery and public-private partnerships,” said Supervisor John J. Benoit. “I look forward to this opportunity to share my goals on advancing public works and encouraging land development in the Fourth District.”
ACEC Legislative Affairs Director Mark Smith will also be in attendance.
ACEC California is a statewide association representing more than 1,000 private consulting engineering and land-surveying firms that average 20 employees each. ACEC is dedicated to enhancing the consulting engineering and land surveying professions, protecting the general public and promoting the use of the private sector in the growth and development of our state.
The breakfast costs $40 per person (no charge for first attendee from each ACEC member firm or for potential new members) and $40 per non-member.
