Benoit Statement On Passing Of Rancho Mirage Leader Alan Seman
RANCHO MIRAGE – Fourth District Supervisor John J. Benoit today offered the following comments in regards to the untimely passing of Rancho Mirage City Councilman Alan Seman:
“I am saddened by the sudden news of Alan Seman’s departure. My heart is with Alan’s wife, Jeanette, and their entire family. Alan had his hand in every decision affecting Rancho Mirage, and greatly influenced policies for the entire desert region. He was trusted because of his honesty and integrity, and few could match the energy and passion he devoted to everything he was involved with. He leaves a great legacy of heroic service to his country and community.”
Supervisor John J. Benoit represents the Fourth District on the Riverside County Board of Supervisors. Stretching from the Palm Springs area south to the Salton Sea and east to the Colorado River, it is the largest geographical district in the county.
